EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION
  1. The final assessment of a student for promotion shall be decided by the rules of the board.
  2. Improvement test will be conducted for those students who get less than 40% in two subjects only.
  3. There will be no change in the exam date if the student is absent or sick.
  4. pupils absent from an examination for any reason whatsoever will not be re-examined.
  5. A minimum attendance of 80% is must throughout the year for final promotion.
  6. Absence from a subject excludes a pupil from being graded in the subject which will disqualify him/her for proficiency award.
  7. Once the result is declared, it shall be considered as final.

Note: -In case of any problem concerns examinations (corrections results etc.) Please contact the principal within a week of the declaration of the result. Any application/requests after this will not be entertained. 

WITHDRAWL
  1. No transfer certificate will be issued unless all school dues and other relevant areas have been paid fully, in cash. Library books, NCC uniforms, sports items, school official badges etc. Must also be returned. The application form for a transfer certificate as given in this diary should be filled.
  2. Students leaving the school mid-session shall pay the full fees for the full academic session.
HOW TO STUDY
  1. Make a fixed time to study.
  2. Note down the meaning of the new words.
  3. Read twice thoroughly and understand the matter.
  4. Write down the main points.
  5. Reproduce the matter and cross check it with the original matter.
  6. If fails to remember then repeatedly write down the points and associate the points with something. This will sharpen your memory power.
  7. Read and recall the matter once more within 24 hours
